Service area
Northern Beaches and the Eastern Suburbs mostly, and Sydney wide where it makes sense. There is no shopfront, so meetings are by appointment.
What happens next
No application on the first call.
The first conversation is me asking what you are trying to do and what your situation actually looks like. Nothing is submitted anywhere and it costs you nothing.
If it makes sense to go further, I will tell you what documents I need and roughly what the timeline looks like. If it does not make sense, or if you are better off staying where you are, I will say that instead.
You will not be chasing me for an update, and you will not be handed to an assistant. If you call and I am on another one, you hear back from me the same day.
